MISSED BREAST CANCER SCREENING

We've been informed you did not attend your breast screening appointment (mammogram).

We understand that doing this can be worrying, or embarrassing. None of us want to think about the possibility that we might have cancer.

However, we know that breast cancers can sometimes be present in the body for a long time before you notice a lump or get other symptoms. We know with most cancers that the sooner they are diagnosed, the better.

If you would like to rearrange your breast cancer screening, please contact the Breast Unit directly on 01332 785336 .

If you have any further questions or concerns about the screening which has not answered from the information on the NHS website, please contact the surgery so we can discuss these further with you.
