eConsult, our online consultation service, has contributed to a doubling of demand over recent months. In order to maintain safe working practices, we are returning to a more traditional service. eConsult is still available, however its availability and scope will be reduced.
eConsult remains available, but will be for access to self-help only.
If you need medical help, please ring us during working hours, call 111 , use the NHS 111 online service or visit NHS Health A-Z . If we have reached capacity for the day, any further assessments will be on the basis of clinical need and urgency only.
