If you are due to go into hospital, please help yourself and us by reading this document.

Hospitals have a responsibility to supply sick notes to cover the period of abscence following your admission.  Unfortunately they often incorrectly tell patients to see their GPs for such notes. This takes up your time and ours inappropriately.

So please help youself and us by asking while you are in hospital: Need a Sick Note (pdf document 65.4k)
