We welcome suggestion regarding the services we provide. Many patient suggestions have been acted upon so please let us know your ideas. 

Equally it is also nice to know when we have got it right, and if you let us know it helps us ensure we continue the services in the manner most appreciated by our patients 

Complaints

Ivy Grove Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients.  However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.  In the majority of cases concerns can be resolved quite easily. Your comments about the service you have received from the practice are always welcome and if you have any complaints, suggestions, or compliments, please let our Assistant Practice Manager know.

However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the Janine Eyre, Complaints Manager, Derbyshire County PCT, Babington Hospital, Derby Road, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1WH.

The PCT also operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which can often help resolve any problems before they become a formal complaint. To speak to the PALS officer, call 0800 7837279.
